  • My sweet tooth is so intense that even when I come to a factory specializing in bagels, all I order are sweets. I will say in an attempt to redeem myself, however, that I have tried their Nova Lox bagel because I had a Groupon to use (which they sell regularly). I liked the freshness of the fish and their cream cheese had quite a strong flavor. Their bagel was very average in taste and texture though. Their cakes and cookies are often too sweet and rich as well, even for someone who likes sweets so much. Challah french toast just tastes like sugar on bread, without much of the characteristic egg taste. The black-hared lady in glasses at the register always seems so grumpy though, although she's never been terribly rude.
