  • Be afraid of this store, they are scam artists and will even go so low as to prey on your small children. Worse than a used car dealership. I was swindled into a "free" tablet scam by one of their salesman who asked my 4 and 6 year olds if mommy should get them new tablets for Christmas!?!? I went to store to simply activate my new phone and told I could get two free Samsung tablets and two free lines because I'm a loyal customer. I asked them very carefully if I have to pay anything for the tablets because I already pay a lot monthly. No, of course not! It's totally free no monthly service or finance charges. LIE. Try $450 in financing and $24 per line in data. Trying to reverse the damage done by these idiots cost me 2+ hours on the phone with T-Mobile and $50 in unreturnable SIM cards. I wish I could give them no stars! The online and phone reps at are always fantastic. The opposite is true for this retail store. STAY AWAY!!!
