  • I choose this place for a birthday brunch because of the bottomless mimosa's.. My crowd is large and rowdy so I asked for a private room- they graciously accommodated. Once everyone arrived, we were seated with one server handling a table of 14. It was partly our fault because the room is designed for 12 and they squeezed in two more for us. Being a peak time for the restaurant, we sat for almost 40 minutes with no drinks. Since we came for the bottomless mimosa's- that wasn't working for us. The manager stepped in and quickly made the situation better, and proceeded to probably overserve us!! We were so pleased that we progressed to the bar and then the lovely patio for the rest of the afternoon. I think this restaurant needs kuddos for exceptional service!! Everyone in the service industry gets backed up at one time or another - it's how you handle it that is the mark of excellence. Vivace - you won us over, we will be back!!
