  • *Background* 2nd visit here and 3rd time to a Nutrition Rush. My 1st attempt to do business here was met with a paper sign stating "be back in 15 min". Well nonetheless, after personally waiting 30 minutes I departed along with 3 other potential customers that afternoon. I wanted to give it a 2nd chance so I tried a different location (Henderson), it was really good, I even bought an alkaline water card! Now to today's complaint. I'm back in Vegas, I want to refill my water bottle & get another of their smoothies. Well what do you know, the machine is broken and also they haven't went through inventory so there's only a couple of options. You cannot run any successful business this way, but with a "women are picky...men will just go with what's available" attitude, this particular location will always provide subpar service!
