  • Just spent 20 minutes at the Stephanie location. Spent time in the winter clothing section, in the bike section, and in the snowboard section. Not once did an employee ask if I needed help. Three employees all sitting behind the cash register talking. It's very unfortunate, as I am looking to buy three complete snowboard set ups with boots, bindings, boards, helmets, goggles , and backpacks
