  • I had Brandon out to service my hot tub after having him out here a few years ago. When I called in I was immediately asked if this was a warranty related issue because I think they were trying to save me money-- I told the gal I didn't think so. She was very friendly and easy to talk too. Willingly to help me get everything taken care of. Brandon was great! Called me as he was on his way and he even went the extra mile by wiping out my hot tub after he fixed the leak prior to filling it back up for me. I think they are a smaller, family run business and they're doing great! Thanks, Brandon!
