I would give a Zero if there is a zero option. It was totally a nightmare to rent a car there.
1. I cannot get the car I reserved one month before! I reserved a Ford SUV one month before my trip. When I got there to pick up the car. They told me there isn't any Ford SUV available. They can only give me a cheaper sedan instead or I have to wait for more than one hour for the SUV. When I asked if they could carry me to the hotel and I would come back later for the SUV. They just said they do not provide any shuttle bus service. It was totally their fault, but they did not even try to compensate my loss. Finally, I have to accept their option to rent a sedan just for one day and come back later (but before they close!) to exchange for the SUV. This screwed up the whole arrangement for that day. But they didn't give any compensation.
2. I have to pay for their fault! My reservation ended on 7 PM the day I leave Vegas. When I come to the location at 5:04 PM. They had already closed. So I follow their instruction posted on their door to another location to return the car. But people there said I can not return car here because their SYSTEM showed the first office is still open! For god sake, my flight will get off in one hour, if I could return the car there why I bother driving here? Then I found their manager. He said I can return the car here, but I have to pay $10 more because I return car in a different location. Nobody told me I have to pay $10 more when I choose to return at 7PM.
After all, I will never rent cars there. It was totally a disater. They do not care you and your reservation. They just do whatever they like.
