5 stars. Yes. What can I say? I booked for any room at Hotels.com for a very decent price and Larry from guest services bumped me up to an upgrade to a suite at the much newer HRH Tower that even has a view of (some) hotels in the strip.
Service was A+ for me. Very pleasant stay. Would definitely consider again with or without the upgrade .
Tip: Sensors on the snacks and drinks inside the room are very sensitive. Make sure you report to the front desk if you accidentally caused a bag of peanut to be displaced. Lol. You can avoid extra charges, then.
