  • After reading many glowing reviews about DNA Systems on Liberty Village Residents Association's facebook group, when my 2009 Macbook Pro was sick, I knew that Alan and DNA Systems were my go-to. My Mac was moving at a snails place and had the Chrome spinny wheel of death when I had too many tabs open. I messaged DNA on a Saturday morning and had my computer back on Monday night. Super fast turn around time! Alan picked up my computer and dropped it off, it couldn't be any more convenient. I received pictures of the inside of my computer *trigger warning for germophobes, so gross what's lurking in your computer. I also got countless updates on things that should be fixed or replaced. For far less than a quarter of a new MacBook Pro, Alan updated my iOS, cleaned my computer, backed up my data, set me up with a new hard drive, and new battery (with warranty). Couldn't be happier with service or my new-ish Mac. Highly recommended.
