  • I had my first visit today. Based on other reviews I was nervous. However I will tell you- my experience was pleasant! I came early, about 40 mins then my check in time. Wasn't pulled back early but that's okay I wasn't expecting that at all. I was pulled back right on time. Waited about 5 minutes for Dr. Brard, he was very nice and listened to my concerns how I was feeling and answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed or that he didn't listen to me. It was refreshing to not be rushed and to have a Doctor take their time and answer all questions. He listened to what I wanted as far as switching medication and said lets get blood work and see what we can do. The front desk was pleasant. I needed to get back to work but was worried that getting blood drawn there I would need to wait a while- the lady to draw blood didn't have any one at the time- the back office assistant happened to be right by me checking out and quickly stepped in and said let me ask if she can take you now. Within less then 10 seconds I was in the chair to get my blood drawn. The gal drawing blood was very nice and eased my nerves! I would recommend giving this office a try. Working in the health care industry I appreciated the kindness of the staff and their professionalism.
