My mom, sister, and I have been going here for years and have been receiving the worst customer service lately.
My sister went recently requesting a certain tech. The woman that sits in the front said "he tired" okay fine. These other ladies walked in after requesting the same tech and he come out of the back room miraculously not tired anymore.
I went in there early one morning right at opening. Miley was about to start my pedicure until some woman walked in and said "did you get my text?" Miley responded with "No I lost my phone". Miley then proceeds to tell me she has to take her appointment I have to wait. Umm what appointment? I didn't make a scene because I didn't have a preference but they are always doing weird things like that which is why I now have to find somewhere else to go. They need to get an appointment system that's effective. I don't know like maybe get an appointment book. No longer spending money and tipping somewhere that doesn't value their customers. Save yourself a trip go somewhere else. This place is hit or miss.
