  • We had lunch and ordered the beef combo. The bread was very dry and fell apart. The beef had no flavor at all. My guess is the problem lies with lack of any seasoning. I requested "a "wet" sandwich and it was wet all right! More like double dipped. The fries were good, but a little salty. Windy City still reigns as the best Italian beef. Being from Chicago we grew up on good beef. This is not it.
