  • We walked in and were not greeted at all. Stood around for like a good 10 minutes. Interior looks clean though, good range of glasses for women - not so sure about men, and it's in a good location. I'm not one to complain about customer service. I give everyone 5 stars even if they're not perfect and make mistakes. I've never felt awkward just standing there, I walked on both sides to see if they had some type of check in page. No one asked me if I needed help or anything. SO AWKWARD. Even if they told me they couldn't help me because I needed to make a call before and set up an appointment, it's fine. But don't make me stand around. This happened 6/29/16 3:30PM.
