  • spoke with the secretary last week, she said she will email me documents to file before an appointment with the Dr. She didn't. i called today and ask her why she didn't, she ask for my email address again, after i repeat my self 5 times she still didn't get it. then she hung up the phone. didn't email me nothing. i called again to talk with a supervisor she saw my number and hang up the phone again. Is this a service that they give to women that try to get pregnant???? we already under stress, we need more ??? It all starts from the head. If his secretary, who is the face of the clinic, like that, the doctor too !!!
