  • Had issues with a sister location so I decided to try this location which is literally across the street from my house but needless to say their customer service and how they handle situations was just the same as the other location so needless to say I didn't even make it to my appointment that they actually canceled with out even speaking to me also argued with me over it when I have the proof they didn't call or leave message sooooo yeah vca is not a trust worthy vet to touch my pets!!!! Horrible and they need to get it together so annoyed
