  • We bought some Crane holiday cards here some years ago. We're a 'non traditional' family and we did not feel comfortable here. We had the cards engraved so they had to be ordered. I think we ordered them in October and when they came in in November, they called us to come in and pick them up. I completely forgot about picking them up for several weeks. In late November, some nasty old bat called to remind us, saying their business "wasn't a Christmas Card storage facility." The staff was cold and awkward when I picked them up, like I'd committed a crime or something. We'll never be back. We order our Crane Christmas cards online now, www.Crane.com.
