  • Walking in, I loved the ambiance, Engrained is super cute and trendy, but once we got to the counter, to get our number, I was so confused. I came with some friends, and the ordering system was incredibly odd. There is an area where they have the entire menu, set out behind a counter to see what you would like. I think that being able to see your food was cool, but service was off, like they were done with the college crowd and I felt out of place. Maybe it is because I am new to ASU.
