  • Stayed there for the new year's eve. And ew! Never again... The rooms are outdated. There is not outlets in the room and none around the bed to charge your phone or anything else. The bathroom was pathetic. It's old with stains everywhere and it's clogged. Also, the room service sucks. I called to get a cup of hot water and they told me I have to wait for 90 minutes(!!!) to get a cup of water. I'm sorry, I didn't realize I asked for a cup of water from the fountain of youth!!! It's a damn cup of water. Not rocket science. Jeez!! Also, when you wanna enter the self-park parking, there is an angry man standing there asking where are you going? like ummm this is a parking, so 99.99% chance that I'm going to go park my car here!! I mean that's all I do at a parking, apparently in Vegas others do other stuff there, hence it's a normal question to ask?!!! I mean don't get me wrong had the time of my life laughing my ass off on shit like this the entire 2.5 days I was there, but never again. Disclaimer: The two stars go to the staff for my check-in and the speedy check out process.
