  • I went in about a month ago to get an oil change for my C class. Made an appointment and was served quickly. No issues with the whole process and friendly staff. Dude with the tattoos was helpful and even looked up a part for me. What I have an issue with was the incompetent mechanic that took care of my car. Fast forward a 1 week ago I noticed a small oil leak in my garage. My car has less than 20k miles on it and should not be leaking. I finally was able to get under my car and saw my belly pan leaking oil! Took the belly pan off and there was a puddle of oil in it!!! I noticed the drain plug was oily and the idiot mechanic did not tighten it enough. I don't know if he was too scared to tighten it and strip it but I'd rather have that issue than having an oil leak lead to engine issues. Thankfully I was able to catch the leak and tighten the drain plug. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. No one should have that issue going to a certified mechanic. Slow down and finish the job correctly!!!
