  • Jeremiah was exceptionally professional and ethical from start to finish. He accidentally scratched a film on one of our large windows and, as soon as we brought it to his attention, he immediately said he would get the film replaced. As the film was large and the price he charged us to clean the windows was very reasonable, I'm sure he lost money on us. However, Jeremiah was nothing but kind throughout the film replacement process and got everything taken care of quickly (and by the insured/licensed company we used to do the work in the first place which was appreciated even though there were probably cheaper options out there). Given the way that Jeremiah conducted himself when there was an issue and how nice the rest of our windows look we would not hesitate to use South Mountain Window Cleaning again.
