  • The store itself has very friendly employees and is very nice. The pharmacy on the other hand is horrible! I have my scrips on automatic refill, however that never happens. Carlos on the staff is the only friendly person there. They seem to always have new employees and a new pharmacist. You can never get your scrips in a hour, they always say they are backed up. My final straw was last week when I sent a scrip thru the outside lane to be filled. Apparently the pharmacist was the one who was running the window. When I asked her a few questions about order the medication and so on, she cut me off and said "if you knew there was gong to be concerns about this medication you should have came inside". She then typed it in her computer and sent it back and said "cvs cant order this medication, we don't have it" and sent me back my script and hung up the phone. (I drove to my new cvs and waited for the same scrip and had it within 20 minutes) I immediately called the store and complained to the manger. She told me it was a fill in pharmacist and she was sorry. She took my name and number and said she would call me back. Have never heard from her. I have now transferred all my scrips to another cvs where the pharmacist there is amazing!
