  • This is the 3rd time I use Benjamin Franklin and as always superb job! Friendly service and prompt. The first time I used them was to replace my shower head they replaced and cleaned up nicely. The second time was because I thought my toilet was clogged but found that a small perfume bottle was stuck inside. The 3rd was due to roots in my main sew line. Although, I do think they are a little pricey they seem to be the most reliable because when I have called other companies I do not get call back or the service call is 2-3 day wait. Because of their response time, friendliness and never having issues once they complete the job and I will continue to use them.
