  • Store very dirty. Damaged merchandise put back on shelves. Not one person has offered to help me during my last three visits. Nobody can seem to find a manager. Exchanges take 15 minutes. Checking out is a process since all employees seem to have not been trained on software. NOTHING like other Macy's. This feels like an outlet, but with normal prices. Save your self a headache and drive to another location.
