Is there a lesser score because I would give it! The customer service at this location is absolutely disgusting! I have closed my personal account as of today and will follow up with the business side later and they can thank that smart ass Sean/Shawn for adding his two cents in a transaction that did not concern him. He is the most unprofessional sales person I have ever seen. I came in today to simply exchange an item which their store was the only location to have. I was told by Jessica, who was apparently the host that she would hold it for me. Not the case after driving across town and waiting in their long customer queue. I was told they sold the item earlier and Jessica wasn't auth to hold it. NICE! The actual sales rep wasn't the least helpful either. I don't know..perhaps hold it for the customer you committed the item to? call that customer and advise him you made a mistake and cannot hold it? DON'T JUST TELL THE CUSTOMER "SIR WE ARE JUST GOING AROUND HERE!" and just dismiss them. Then have that jackass Sean/Shawn who had nothing to do with the transaction jump in and parrot his rederick! Customer Service says it will escalate this to the DM, I doubt it. Now I am reminded why I left the first time.
