  • We have been going to zushi about once a week for the last several years but lately the service has been horrible the last few times we have been there. We brought friends who were celebrating their engagement We ordered after sitting 25 minutes and the waitress missed 3 items we ordered. She brought the squid salad after we reminded her and we already had our dinners. I was never offered anything to drink after I finished my first and then we waited more that 30 mins for our bill. The people are the table next to us had a different waitress, they were celebrating a birthday and were seated before us. They waited more than a half hour before a waitress showed up and then she had major attitude. It took forever for their food, it was partially cooked and they also didn't receive part of their order AND resorted to go to the bar because their drinks never came... looks like we need to find a new sushi place... they are so into trying to get more business for their teppan tables they are forgetting their long time customers and hiring wait staff that sucks..
