  • I was taken to the emergency room here in late February. I repeatedly told the paramedics and fireman that I did not want to be transported. At the emergency room I refused treatment. I did not have any bruises or lacerations. I could talk and understood all that was going on. The Dr that asked to exam me was named Dr. Heidi Holland. I refused to let her touch me or examine me in anyway. I walked out of the hospital about 15 minutes later. 45 days later I received a bill from Dr. Heidi Holland for a 'level 4' examination. She submitted this to my insurance for $1223. This is blatant insurance fraud. She is billing for services she never performed. At this time I am waiting for documentation from Dr. Heidi Holland for the supposed examination I received.
