  • Appointment ran over an hour late. While waiting the receptionists told multiple people that they could come back in an hour or more because they were running behind. 2 others were checking in and told a different time than what they said their appointment was. What is the point of being here 30 minutes early when they run over an hour behind anyway. They need to change how they schedule their patients.
