  • We had been looking at a lot of different Roofing Co. the estimates were all over the board. It was looking like we were not going to be able to afford a new roof...But then we had an appointment scheduled with The Third Estimate....The price was right in our ball park...and we could fiance if we wanted....we excepted and signed for the new roof on Sept. 3rd and the work began on Oct. 17th and done on Oct. 19th...looks great the guys were great...only one little complaint, the first day of the tear off, it was a small crew, and the foreman wasn't there. He was at the previous job finishing up....so at the end of that first day the crew packed up to leave and just before they drove away, I saw one of the guys open the passenger door and spill what ever he was drinking out in my driveway....I was not pleased...I couldn't believe that some one would do that...cause now I had to go out and clean it...the next morning I said to the crew as they arrived....I didn't care who did it...but don't do that again, also the foreman was there the second day....and everything ran smoothly...I think they did a fantastic job, and would recommend them to anyone...if fact we still need 6 more windows and since they do that too...we will probably use them for that in the spring! Very Pleased!
