  • I've been taking my car and wife's for the past 6 months and have been very pleased. My larger service requests are always handled promptly and efficiently. Today I had a smaller request and was told it would only take a couple hours. I returned 5 hours later to find it still hadn't even been worked on and had to take my car elsewhere. Hope it was just a bad day, not a sign of importance based on $ize of the job.
