  • **Pros: The hotel lobby is really beautiful. Free apples at the front desk. We enjoyed the view of the city and had the window cracked a little bit and enjoyed the sounds of the burg while we slept. The room (king) was clean and spacious enough for two people. **Cons: Our room was already paid for and the charge for incidentals was $50.00 ..we thought was a bit high but guessing hotel may have been burned in the past? Those we shared our experience with and told about this were shocked. Why is the hotel so funny about about internet usage? You can get free wifi at freakin Panera! I read all the reviews before we checked in and was on point. We planned on ordering room service for breakfast but the menu was limited (the room service ordering menu) no pancakes or waffles? So we ubered to Pamela's in the strip instead. The only pop machine on our floor next to the ice machine only excepted credit cards --no cash?? The bathroom floor in our room was dirty and had questionable debris (yikes). It was so bad I threw towels down so we didnt have to walk on the actual floor in the BR. Overall was an "ok" visit.. but will not return for overnight accommodations. There are so many amazing hotels in the Burg to experience. I have stayed at many hotels during my lifetime.. some you receive a good vibe from and others "meh" moving on.. We just weren't feeling this one.
