rev:text	If I could give zero stars I would. I took my car there due to some oxidating on my hood, roof and trunk. After speaking with Erik he said he would need to send picture to headquarters and get it approved to repaint. I dropped off my car Dec 4th and I received a loaner car. I received my car back Dec 28th only to have a crack down the windshield and a scratch on the frame at the windshield. When I brought it to there attention there reply was " wasn't that there when you dropped it off?" Ummm.....no sir it wasn't. They took pictures and said I wil get and of you tomorrow. Well, tomorrow never came. I called 3-4 times with no returned call. When I do, I get a give me 30 minutes to talk to the manager. That was on Wednesday and today is Monday. I call and leave a message with the manager after getting either the wrong name and/or names and the wrong number to the wrong name. I get a call back only to tell me that they are not repairing my windshield.
