  • HUGE shout out to Haily and Miah who were the absolute sweetest during our trip to Platos. They went out of their way to provide my boyfriend and me the best customer service experience. They made sure we were aware of any specials going on and gave us a breakdown of the layout of the store which made our shopping experience so much easier! Even though it was late and we were there an hour before closing, they never once complained and had smiles on their faces the whole time. They were also extremely personable and were so kind during our long checkout process (we got a TON of great stuff!). I would absolutely return just based on my shopping experience with them. Thank you for just being awesome girls! The customer service industry needs more people like ya'll!
