rev:text	horrible service. went with my sister. we signed in and sat down. about 10 minutes after we came in a girl came in with her boyfriend someone immediately asked her what she wanted and seated her. while doing this they avoided eye contact with both me and my sister. there were about 5 people to do our nails and instead of starting on us they avoided us like the plague and doubled up on the girl. One did her nails and the other one started her toes. 20 minutes later another lady came in, they immideately sat her as well. During this experience i kept my cool and never said one bad word. Giving them the benefit of the doubt. About 20 minutes after the second incident (been in the salon for 50 minutes now) a couple came in. Again someone came to get them as soon as they sat down. When my sister and I politely let it be known that we had been there before them the workers talked over us, and ignored us. Thankfully the guy in the couple realized how long we'd been waiting and refused to go and let us go before them. When the stylists realized that the couple wouldn't go until we were seated the 'manager' told one girl to seat us at her station. She huffed and puffed and eventually called us back to her. I sat down and my sister sat in the seat beside me. She started to rip the gel polish off of my nails. She didn't use acetone, or nail polish remover, or file down the gel nails, she just picked at the corner and ripped them off. During this the couple was seated at the back to get started on their mani pedi. I asked the lady that was doing my nails if there was anyone to do my sisters nails. She ignored me the first time. The second time I answered she told me there was a lady that was available but she was slow and i 'wouldn't want her to do my sisters nails anyway because she would take an hour'. I looked up and realized that the lady she was talking about had gotten started on the couple. She had heard me ask and leaned over to the girl beside her and told her that she wasn't going to do my sisters nails because she didnt want to. At this point I am livid. I tip well and I was very polite the entire stay. If the girl had done her job right (taken my gel nails off with care, or not huffing and puffing the entire time) she could have expected a $20 dollar tip on top of the $60 cost of the nails i was going to get done. which would have been way over 20%. However I was so disgusted by the complete lack of proffesionalism that I asked that after she took the gel nails off that she just file my nails and that was it. I payed the 5 dollars she charged and didnt look back.
