  • I had an appointment last week & arrived 10 minutes early for my 10:00 appointment. I waited an hour and half because other morning patients came late ! This is not a professional decision to ignore a patient on time & left in the room without anyone checking in on me & explaining what is the delay! Why should I be penalized for other patients irresponsible behavior coming late!
