  • Pickup from the airport took a little bit, but was acceptable. However the return was pretty bad. You're told "8:50 pickup". At 9:05 I call and ask how much longer and they say "He's on the way, here's his van #. But we don't want to bother him. Call back if he's not there in 5 min and we'll check in with him." 5 min pass and I call back "Ok, he'll be there in 15 min." And then 15 more min pass and as I'm calling a Bell transport shows up, only he's there for drop offs, not pickups. But he also did say it was his last drop off so he'd take us but he had no idea where the other guy was. Takes a few min to load up and go but by the end he was saying they had no idea where these guys were being 45 min late at that point.
