Gun cleanings were always done timely, what I considered a decent price and staff was usually nice but (not) getting my shotgun repaired was a terrible experience. They had it from September through January, so I never to got to use it for hunting seasons, he only called twice (both in one day) in November about it but to say it wasn't fixed. In January I learn I'm moving & I go to pick it up cuz I can't leave it there any longer & suddenly I get a testy & grumpy "oh, it's fixed but I haven't tested it yet & cleaning it broke my tools". Well I have to get it & I'm only charged the $50 cleaning fee when I was told it would be $50/hour plus a box of ammo, which suggests to me that either he never did do any work on it in 5 months or he knows he screwed up & so just didn't charge me for any of it. While not charging me for the work (or lack there of) was a good gesture, there was zero apology or accountability for having it for 5 months without word and STILL not having it done AND the owner was there the whole time watching this go down and had nothing to say about it so I can only assume that he was also cool with this atrocious service. And now I have to start over, take my gun somewhere else because I STILL don't know if it's repaired.
