  • They are kind and efficent and willing to do whatever to make the customer happy. I can be really specific about my nails since it's a service I'm paying for, but they rise to the challenge. Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because it's a "mom and pop", literally, style business and they are understaffed. So when they have a high ratio of clients they definitely struggle and I don't feel rushed necessarily, but I can see that the detail to the quality of work declines a tad, in order to get other people in the chair.
