rev:text	love The Signature at MGM Grand! stayed here recently for what would have been Frozen Fury weekend (boo lockout!) but since the bf & co were off playing in a hockey tournament, we didn't cancel our vegas weekend. we stayed in a 2br suite, which was really a 1 bedroom balcony suite ADJOINED (not connecting) to a signature deluxe room. our room comfortably housed 7 people. in the 1br balcony, it consisted of the master bedroom with a master bath (jacuzzi tub, shower, dual vanities, separate quarters for the toilet), a full kitchen, pull-out sofa, and a full bath (pleasant surprise!) the signature deluxe room came with 1 bed, 1 sofa pullout, a makeshift kitchen (mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker etc..) and a good sized bathroom. the main selling point for this room was the balcony, with 3 guys playing 5 hockey games in 3 days, we needed a place to air out the stinky gear, and the balcony was perfect for it! the walk to mgm grand from the signature (tower 2) isnt that bad. the walkway is indoors and AC'd, and probably took about 10 minutes to reach the restaurants and shops. quicker when you're inebriated :) the bad stuff: - when we checked-in, only one room was available and the key machines were down. we were escorted to the one room by some utilities guy who opened the door for us. our other room wasn't available until 5pm, beyond the 3pm check-in time. - when you book a 2br suite, it'll be two separate charges, and not one big one. which made it confusing, and it was twice the paperwork you have to fill out - valet, even though it was complimentary (yay!), there were always long waits when retrieving the car the good stuff does outweight the bad stuff, and overall, i would stay here again!
