  • Avoid this place.. STAY AWAY!!!!! I would have given them a -5 if I was able to. My place had mice and I have told them several times. Each time I report it, they say we will have the exterminator come out on Wednesday to your unit. Guess what the exterminator has never showed up. I had to hire my own exterminator come out to treat the unit. The MANAGEMENT( Lauren, Jessica, and Ebony) are very unprofessional. Thank goodness my lease is up and we will be moving very soon. The parking is horrible, you have people parking in unassigned spaces, loud music and people smoking pot( and it's suppose to be a smoke free community-yea right). The place has taken a terrible turn for the worst. The security gates stay broken and smoke alarms has gone off several times in the early mornings( 2am) and they leave it on for hours before shutting it off. Maintence has been scheduled to come out to fix issues in my unit and never show up. People walk there DOGS and don't even pick up after them. There's dog poop all over the sidewalks within the complex. This place is horrible. STAY AWAY!
