About 3 months ago I decided to buy a brand new Honda Accord. Through friends I was recommended to come to this location the buy my car. Luckily I did I saved quite a few bucks doing so. The buying experience was great. Charlie Myers and Gus were very friendly and extremely helpful throughout the process. Unfortunately I was only able to choose between two colors, black and grey because I specifically wanted a four door manual accord. I can't stand the color grey so I decided to go with black. After waiting about one week for my car to arrive I finally got a call to come pick up my new ride. When I walked out to inspect it I was appalled to find several imperfections in the paint. I told my sales man I wanted them out. He replied and told me it wouldn't be an issue. I picked up my car to find that all of the scratches were seemingly gone. Now that three months have gone by I've noticed the same scratches I pointed out have returned with swirls around the area where they tried to remove them since the wax has worn off. I have strictly taken my car to touch-less washes so without any contact with brushes I know that these are the original ones. Also I purchased a protection plan with the vehicle that included the interior. Whatever chemical they applied the the floor ruined my weather tech mats (200+) and even more annoying when showing the service advisors, they placed the mat on top of the pedals which caused the engine to redline for about 10 seconds with less then 500 miles. Anyhow I got replacement mats through weather tech for free. I plan on returning to this location for service. I'd like to see them take better care of their vehicles before they sell them to a customer because now I'm going to have to hire a professional detailer to correct the paint from the dealer installed scratches.
