| - Refuses to work with times and dates for the groupon I bought. He asked me to schedule 2 months out and told me the times will not be good and only wants to schedule me when I cannot be there. I work, too, you know!
When asked for a refund, he ceased contact with me. He has my money and will not contact me. This is called theft.
It says on this page he sold 1,300 groupons. IF he can take 10 customers a day, IN ADDITION to his regulars, that would be about 4 months to try and get a massage from him? I just want my money back, why no contact? He is not even trying to convince me to schedule my massage, just won't contact at all.
I am contacting groupon to see if they can help, hopefully they can. I no longer want a massage as the purpose of the massage has been ruined, I could not relax, even if he would schedule me.
