Giada was a nice little restaurant with charm. I enjoyed the atmosphere. I liked that it was set up like a lounge with a dozen different styles of chairs, a neat little photo booth while you are waiting and nice view of the strip. The food was hit and miss. I enjoyed the chicken Marsala meatballs as a starter. We decided to order three mains and wanted to share the third. I got the three cheese tortellini with braised beef. It was amazing! We shared the seafood risotto and it was cooked well but lacked salt. Not salting a dish that will run you over 30 bucks is sad. My wife had the veil saltimbocca. The serving size was good. It was flavored well but over cooked. We pointed it out to the waiter and he did not dispute it. We did not ask for our money back but he took it off the bill anyway. It was much appreciated and we tipped him well.
