  • I always love going to H&M because their clothes are super cute and have great prices but the lack of customer service makes it a downer because I really like this place in town square, it's all set up great. No one even bothers to help you out unless if you go up to the cash wrap or fitting room. I was in there for a good 20-30 minutes and not one person asked me if I was doing okay, but they sure can talk amongst themselves and goof off. One particular employee was doing her shop backs and pretty much squeezed right past me without saying anything, even an excuse me would be appreciated. Fitting room guy wasn't exactly a pleasant person either. Only decent employee I saw in there (the only one I actually talked to) was Aryela (I really don't know if I spelled that right) , she was very sweet. Customer service is important people!! I will probably just take my business else where to the other locations in town.
