  • This is the sister shop to the Chagrin Falls store. Today I brought my bicycle in for a tune up. Russell was extremely knowledgeable and willing to share that without talking down at you. After asking if I had any specific issues and listening and explaining to me what adjustments they'd make, he also assured me they'd check over the whole bike. The store is a lot smaller than the other location, but still had a good selection of merchandise to see and try on hand. The guys know a lot about cycling and area trails/rides and are very eager to help. I'm glad to have such a trustworthy cycle shop to meet my needs.
