  • I'm generally easily pleased when it comes to Vietnamese food, but this was truly terrible. From the food to the service to the rudeness of the manager when I expressed my unhappiness, I left really unhappy and unsatisfied. We ordered the pork spring rolls , grilled pork vermicelli and pho with beef and meatballs. The rice paper on the spring rolls was not fresh or soft. The pork in the vermicelli bowl was tasty, but there was hardly any of it in proportion to the noodles and salad. The meatballs in the pho were rubbery and the broth was hardly a lukewarm temperature with a strange taste. When we expressed to the manager that the pho was not good, he told us it's always made with the same thing and his repeat customers like his food. He refused to take it off the bill and just kept offering to give us another bowl of pho....from the same batch. Prices are good here and the restaurant is nice, but with plenty of other vietnamese restaurants in the area that are great, I would strongly recommend against going here.
