We made reservations over the phone. On a Monday it wasn't necessary. It was dead. That was fine. We told them we had a birthday and they said they would note it. Drinks were ok and the appetizers were tasty. It headed down hill from there. Our server disappeared. Then another one eventually showed up and said, "Do you guys need any boxes to go?" We said, " Actually we haven't ordered any entrees yet." Then came the disappointing dishes. It was bland and ordinary. We expected a lot more. Meanwhile the original server came back. We had told her two times earlier that we had a birthday at the table. They never acknowledged the birthday the whole time and we left. Overall, it the service was more attentive and sincere, than other obstacles could have been overcome but that was not the case. Aside from some very cool music memorabilia, it was just another common place, not even as good as Friday's, Chilis, Ruby Tuesday's, Applebees, etc.
