This is the worst t mobile store I have ever been in. The customer service is terrible. The rep we dealt with was only concerned with a commission and to lazy to do anything else. He told us we would need to transfer the data to our new phones at home because they didn't have wifi....seriously?! My daughter also got a new IPhone and they have a plan that makes it so they can switch phones at any time without paying extra fees. The rep told her that she would need to pay a $50 dollar restocking fee because she didn't say that's what she wanted to do. She said that at the very beginning of their conversation! He was just lazy! We were all really upset about the service we received or should I say did not receive, so we came home and called Tmobile to report the problems. That's when we finally got results. Anyway...long story short....DO NOT go to this store.They don't care!
