  • I'm excited to share that I'll be closing on a property this week that's in a community managed by Brown Management. I confess that given my negative experience and view of HOAs, I had little to no expectation of receiving much assistance when I reached out to the community manager, Debi Berndt. Boy was my expectation wrong!! From the get go Debi has been nothing short of Ahhmazing, friendly and incredibly responsive to my calls and emails! I was totally blown away that she even responded let alone responded so quickly! It made me feel like I mattered because she chose to take the time to listen and help, It's so apparent Debi takes great pride in her work and community, and excels at what she does. I'm thrilled I'll be a part of such a community!! Thanks so much for a great first impression...Debi and Brown Management!! : )
