rev:text	Do not deal with this company they are very bad to deal with. They are fraud. Ivan told me what was wrong with my washer that it was the shaft seal bearing but he made me write on the paper work that washer working, draining, spinning, horrible loud noise, and smell. Then signed it. Right there I should of known something was not right He said he was gonna write in his report about that the shaft seal bearing need to be replaced to my warranty. We would find out the next day if they will approve and it can take 2-3 days for parts and then they would come out to fix it but not him cause he just check everything out and that he has a hernia. That they will send someone else. He said his been doing this more the 30 plus years and that's why he knows right away what is wrong. I called my warranty right after he left to make sure it was a covered part (shaft seal bearing) and they said yes. I get a call from my warranty dept the following day they said this company said that there isn't anything wrong with my washer (mechanical wrong). WTF is with that bullshit. That's why he made me write it down myself but not add what needed to be done even though he said he will write in the report. They just don't want to do the work cause its through warranty. But for him to tell me all that shit and not even report it. I called all morning to speak with the manager as they opened at 9 am but no one answered till 1145am. I explained to her what happened and what was said by Ivan and how he made me write that on the report but she wasn't even listening to what I was saying just kept insisting that it isn't broken from the report. These people do not give a shit if they aint gonna make money off of it so why would they do the work. For that washer to make that loud horrible screeching noise that it's not broken from where the agitator is connected to. A washer isn't suppose to make that noise. Last time it made that noise the agitator popped right off. Do not go with this company read the other reviews on yelp. They will tell you one thing making you believe what they are gonna do to fix the problem but not even report it. Good thing my warranty company is awesome I told them never send work to this company cause they will not fulfill what they say in the end its all talk. Mind me I wasn't the only one to witness this my dad was there and heard everything he said. So when I told him what this guy did he was profound. He was like he said all that to me and him but did not report it. What is wrong with peoples and these companies now does? It doesn't matter whether from America or foreigners like these people. But do not be fooled by these people. * Again not listening or in this matter reading nothing in my review is stating that I mentioned that my washer is 25 years. My washer is 6 years old. And never was I told by the tech that my washer is out of balance cause its not even doing that cause there is no shaking issue. Nothing of that matter was mentioned by me or tech. Not upset about diagnosis, I would of appreciated more if I was told hey can't really do anything, everything seems to working or can't figure out where the problem is, instead of yea it's this part and tell me the plan on what their gonna do to fix it once warranty notified of issue and approved but not even inform warranty of correct issue as expressed to me. That is what's upsetting is that we were told one thing but clearly they did the opposite.*
