  • I have brought my 2 dogs here a few times. At first they were great and then progressively got worse. I was attempting to make an appointment and every time I called nobody answered the phone during business hours. I finally talked to the lady up front and the soonest I could get in was 2 weeks away. I took the appointment and waited for it. The day of I got a call from her asking if I'd like to come in earlier that day. My appointment was 1:00 and I took them at 10 instead. I thought I'd get them back sooner. I asked around when they would be done and was told 3 the latest. I let her know to give them the same cut as always. At 1:45 they called asking what type of cut one of my dogs gets. I thought they should already know that. After 3 I still didn't hear from them so I went to the shop thinking they were almost done. When I got there at 3:45 one dog was being finished and the other wasn't even started yet! I asked if I can give them water. She said they give it to them already. I ended up only getting a neat and tidy for the second dog since it was already so late. My dogs weren't done until 4:45! Almost 7 hours and one of the two didn't even get the full grooming! I wasn't even offered a discount for this! When I got them home they drank the entire bowl of water. So much for them giving water that whole time. Never again will I go here!
